We offer support 7 days a week. Just email us at support@ruthharryjewelers.com and we’ll be happy to help.
Our physical store has closed, but the online shop will remain open until stocks are exhausted. The lifetime guarantee remains valid at all times, whether the store is open or not.
We offer a lifetime warranty covering manufacturing defects. If your jewellery has a problem related to manufacturing or materials, we will repair or replace it free of charge.
Exclusions:
- Normal wear and tear
- Accidental damage, misuse or loss
- Tarnishing due to chemicals or water
- Modifications or repairs by third parties
No worries! You can return your jewelry within 60 days for a refund or exchange. We want you to love your experience with us.
We do not currently offer repair services. For any repairs, we recommend that you consult a watch technician who can provide professional assistance and ensure that your timepiece is properly maintained.
